I just built a new computer. 750GB solid state. 8 core 3.2 ghz. 16gb of memory. I installed Windows 7 pro fresh. This baby glides.

Only problem is since I’m broke from the new PC, I decided to buy the Ableton 9 student edition (cuz ima student and its cheaper). Don’t get me wrong, Ableton is cool for providing the student option but I gotta get the dean of my school to send me a blood sample so Ableton will authorize it for full use.

So at the moment, I can’t save, use plugins, or export my music….so I am just using my sample library to make beats. Since I can’t export anything, I have my mpc2000xl recording output from my soundcard. I actually kinda like that. Or maybe I should just use my mpc. Weird.
